Yea I have known Author my whole life. Like I said my mom and Cindy worked together for like 25 years and are still best friends today. Me and Author and Cindy's daughter have grown up together(she is SMOKING hot by the way) She was trying to teach me how to do some gymnsatics type stuff when we were maybe 10-11 years old and I somehow managed to fall into the wall and knock a big hole in the sheetrock in the big house they used to live in on the beach in Biloxi......I feared for my life but he just laughed and put a plant in front of it. Next time you see him just mention the Henson's to him.....Dan, Karen, Josh and Clint. He will get a kick out of it especially this discussion happening on an lsu forum. I dont post much...prob less than 20 ever on here but been reading for years and am on here at some point pretty much every day. And that game we were at that I got hit with the ball was the game that Art's LSU rushing record was broken....which is the reason we were all there they had done some ceremony before the game to honor his record since it was only like 30 yards from being broken and knew it was going to happen that night.
K, go get yourself an avatar picture now....otherwise, you'll be like some of the shitstains around here who don't have one..... like @mobius481
I can think of a lot of good and bad days throughout my life but none that stand out as "best" or "worst". I'm generally optimistic about life but caught myself thinking recently about all of the bad things that will happen in the future if I'm fortunate to live a long life (i.e. parents dying, myself getting old and having health issues, loved ones dying, etc.). I think it's safe to say that my worst day has not happened yet, and that is scary.
Dude, I'll never forget you calling WWL to sing the praises of Richard Dickson, then getting into it with Deke because he was talking about chicken spaghetti or some shit like that. We recognized your voice right away and were laughing so hard, we almost wrecked. Then damned if we didn't run into you at that convenience store in Slidell in the wee hours of the morning. Man that was an awesome night/day.
I know right? Just think if I had ever called in back in the day when I used to drink a lot! That would have been classic radio right there.
