You guys sure know how to take a word and run with it. Good lord! Please, will someone show me where I said JJ will be a great quarterback? Oh, and another thing. Since you have a list of the "great LSU QBs" in your mind, you might wanna add one. Just because he didn't do it in the pros doesn't mean he wasn't a great LSU QB. If you doubt it, go look up the '06 stats...NATIONALLY. 70% completion rate in the friggin' SEC=Great, and without even looking, I'll go ahead and guarantee none of the "great LSU QBs" you mentioned ever came close. Rohan is my favorite all time LSU QB, but dude completed <60%. Flynn was worse. The point was, I expect JJ will be a great LSU TIGER before he leaves here...do you really need to pick that apart? That's EXACTLY what I said in that post...go check. Might wanna And absolutely none of us know if he will be an average, good, or great LSU QB. He's not even started his junior season yet! He may set records for all we know!
'Splain. "Played" in Ole Miss '08, started Arky '08 and against GT in the Peach. That's 3. He was a true freshman. You mean to tell me he played in 16 games in his sophomore season?? He didn't even play in every game last season. :insane:
Flynn played in every game in his LSU career...are we really gonna count that? I get your point though. I'm talking about starts.
You're right, but the stats I showed for Jones were starts...and that was my intention. Jones started 2 games prior to his Junior season, and then from then on. JJ hasn't even begun his junior season.
At least you know how to properly quote. Still waiting for ATL or FLA to show me where I said I expect JJ to be a great QB.
