Pendegrast or Shoop, anyone else mentioned thus far would be the beginning of the end for Miles. Can't' say that I wouldn't like to see that happen anyway. But LSU deserves better, would hate to see the program go down that way.
Promoting from within is bad idea. This program needs an infusion of new thoughts. No offense to Brick but not exactly teams beating down his door for a promotion to DC. Brick will be the next DC and then Miles will try to control that as well. This is feeling very much like the end of the DiNardo era.
