    Reports are surfacing again that Kirby Smart is interested in the LSU DC opening. He was the DC here under Saban in '04 (keep remembering that Iowa bowl game). But it is being said that he wants out of Sabans shadow, and that he can't prove himself as long as he is DC for a team that Saban is considered the DC for. I doubt he comes but, that's what's being reported. He is currently maiing $1.3M so he'd probably require a raise.
