    So how long do top positions take to get filled when somebody leaves without warning? It damn sure ain't instantly. You suggest that there is something keeping applicants from being interested in the job. Well, what? I just ain't seeing it.

    Why else would they turn down a raise of several hundred thousand dollars a year at a high profile job? It has to be because they are afraid of success.
