Are they? Names get leaked by agents, remember? And are they the top candidates? For sure a few were. At this point, there are only 2 college teams still playing and those staffs are likely to stay in place. The NFL candidates are dwindling in terms of who is still playing.

All I know is when a top position stays open for so long, it certainly appears that an issue exists. Obviously I could be totally wrong.

That is nothing more than your suspicion. Like the rest of us, you really can't know anything outside of what is gleaned from reports quoting unnamed sources unless you have a high placed source within the athletic offices.

 

All true, Herb. Strangely enough, I do have a source in the athletic offices but I have never, and will never, post anything about what I have heard.
