    Dorsey has 18 tackles in 7 games. That's 2.5 a game.

    Sedrick Ellis has 10 tackles in 5 games. That's 2 a game.

Do Saints fans, thus think Ellis is a bust?

EDIT: The Chiefs as a team only have 4 sacks all season.

    That's insane bad.

His best game was, BY FAR, against the Falcons. It was still miles away from what a draft choice of his stature should be showing. He has technique problems that were masked in college because of sheer power. He needs a good teacher to coach him up because he has all the ingredients.

Huge difference Clair. Ellis is neutralizing his blocks, Glenn is not.

Oh, no, I agree. I was just using it to make a point that just looking at tackle stats doesn't tell the full story. :)

I understand, but I was expecting him to make an immediate impact (I like the Chiefs) much like Kevin Williams did when he went to the Vikings. They were pretty shabby on defense, but he started off strong. I was hoping Dorsey would do the same. Booger showed up in Tampa when they weren't too good either and started off well.

Amazing, but Barry Sanders did it in '97.

    11/23/97 - 24 for 216 2 TDs
    11/27/97 - 19 for 167 3 TDs
    12/07/97 - 30 for 137 1 TDs
    12/14/97 - 19 for 138 0 TDs
    12/21/97 - 23 for 184 1 TDs (I remember seeing this game...)

    Man, I miss that guy...

I think OJ did it in '73 as well.
