Easy Pulled Pork

This is incredibly simple, yet oh so good.

5# ish pork butt
1 can Dr. Pepper
Tony's or Slap Ya Momma
1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce

Put pork butt fat side up in a heavy pot
Pour in the Dr. Pepper
Add Tony's or SYM
Put the lid on and put it in the oven for about an hour per pound plus 30 min
Remove from oven take off lid. Remove pork from pot and drain the pot.
Shred the pork and put back in the pot and mix with desired amount of BBQ Sauce
Put back in oven for about 45 min

You will be amazed how good this is.
When I had my food booth at the Mandeville Trailhead, people would beg for this recipe. Of course, I never told them. Had to keep them coming back! I sold pulled pork sandwiches and I sold the meat by the pint. big money maker for me.

I've done this with a root beer and in a crock pot and it was good.
