Put chicken in a baking pan and pepper, pour catalina dresing on top and bake at 350 for an hour or so, every once in awhile spooning dressing back on chicken (I forget to do this most of the time). Serve...Super easy and really good.

    Fish tacos
Combine Angel hair cabbage, lime juice and zest, chopped cilantro, equal parts sour creme and mayo for slaw. refrigerate for at least couple hours covered.

Combine diced home grown tomatoes, diced jalapeƱo, diced purple onion, chopped cilantro, red wine vinegar, lime juice and zest, sea salt and black pepper refrigerate for a couple hours covered

Combine olive oil, cumin, chile powder, sea salt, granulated garlic, black pepper to make a paste.
Coat whatever fresh fish you have and cook on pit until just done. Place pico, slaw, and some fish on warm tortilla. Wife and I like corn kids like flour. I have used every different fish I've ever caught in this recipe. It's always a hit.
