I'm surprised no one has mentioned Speedy Gonzales or Pepe LePew. I used to love watching Speedy doing stuff like playing tennis with himself to impress the ladies.
so i guess we need a "what cartoons were racist thread"? consider the time frame. you can't say it wasn't a funny show for it's time. btw, it wasn't my favorite. it was just interesting that none of us oldies here had mentioned either of them.
What is funny is that Speedy is way popular in Mexico. We just can't enjoy him hear because of white non Hispanic guilt.
