It's becoming pretty clear that there isn't much local loyalty anymore. If local boys don't take advantage of the opportunity to play for LSU, LSU is going to have to go after a much wider area and not rely on the locals as much. The power brokers at the local high schools need to start throwing some weight around as well.
I have to work a 12-hr shift tonight. All this 5 for 5 talk got me excited and I skipped my nap just to see what I was afraid I was going to see. LSU 1 for 3 and it's too late to grab shut eye. I'm gonna be pissed until tomorrow morning! Recruiting sites, sources, tweets, etc are for suckers - of which I was one today. No more. I'll just read the "So and so commits to LSU threads" from now on. All the rest is just guesses and pipe dreams. I'll save my betting for the ponies.
