This is hilarious! I'm am going to waste my company's time for an hour or so and try to memorize this.
I don't get it. Because you have suffered a terrible tragedy recently you are now in a position to judge someone's passion for LSU football and their disapointment over this loss? And beyond that you want to antagonize them? Sounds like, by the grace of God, your family made it through safe and sound. What a blessing. I hope no one tells you how you're supposed to handle your feelings or, worse yet, invalidates them by "putting things into perspective" for you.
Now come on, guys! I am just being "silly". I can understand being incredibly upset over a football game. Actually, I seem to be more upset today than I was last night. I am certain that I could have told Miles a few basic adjustments and we win. Play tight on the recievers, rush from the corners, and disrupt the 6 yd. throws. Go deep once? Give more than one touch to Green? Bench Vincent forever? Worst coaching ever (Jamie Howard/Auburn not withstanding). Conservative offense, that can change in a second. Clueless zone defense with no adjustments that makes All American candidates look slow and lost scares me to death. I-of-the-Tygrr, when you get fired from your job, and you will, you are invited to come watch Teletubbies and have a tea party with me and my kitty, Mr. Giggles. A smiling doggie? Whoever heard of a smiling doggie? You, my friend, get a big, big gold star.
Woah khemosabi, I actually enjoyed your post. I was just adding a little visual humor to it. No need to attack me.
I'm sorry, I didn't see where he attacked you. I thought he was just being funny. I thank both of you for bringing some silliness to a really sucky situation. All I have going through my head right now is Monty Python's "Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life"
No attack intended AT ALL, was just thinking it must have taken some time to compose that response. Assumed it was work time. I thought it was hilarious. Damn message boards and email. Lack of inflection or expression makes sarcasm a tough line to walk.
This person is new to forum style humor, cut them some slack. They are right, to many people it is just a game. We should respect that and they should respect the ones who feel otherwise.
