    I'd have to say Locker too although his stock has really dropped. No QB in this draft excites me, but I think Locker is the most likely to have long term success.

    Cam Newton - most upside but needs the most work as well. But if he fails as a QB I'd just move him to TE.

    Dalton, though none of the qbs seem like they'll really be successful, but I could be wrong.
