1. When he had that one girlfriend, he was getting back in the top 5 and had a few top 2 finishes. They broke up and his back broke again...

That vagina cave is like a healing chamber I swear.

  4. I like Kiffin as an OC to but we really haven't seen E's scheme and attitude toward the game as a full-time OC have we? Season is a mere 2 weeks away we will all find out.
  5. The only thing that bothers me has to do with respect for others. It bothers me to see you live in this state of delusion and out of respect I'd rather not see you go through football like this. It's quite entertaining while being unfortunate--for you.

There's no reason for teams, like Bama, to negatively recruit against any school. Hell, when Freeze was getting creamed on the recruiting trail he specifically mentioned Saban was the only coach who wasn't negatively recruiting.

I don't believe it's sour grapes on your side with Surtain. I do believe it's a way for you to justify LSU being out recruited for a player.

There's one area in Surtain's recruitment I'd call "Saban wading in murky waters." It's not mentioned here which leads me to believe you don't know what I'm talking about.

I'm a bit curious. Is saying "if you come to Bama you'll compete for national titles" negatively recruiting? I can see how you may feel that way considering there's only a few in the SEC who can claim such at this time.
  6. Hey some kids want to leave the state to get away from the same old same old some to get away from gangs and bad friends a fresh start have you. We get players from other states for that same reason you know. Lastly if we get out recruited by Bama that's more than understandable, by Miss State not so much.

  7. FWIW, Bama didn't go "sniffing around for rejects" when Coker transferred. Bama offered late in his senior year and Jake said he would have taken the offer if he wasn't already committed to FSU. He/they contacted Bama because he was sitting behind Winston (and had been for two years) with Winston still having a year of eligibility left.

I really can't blame him. In '11 AJ and Philip Sims were battling for the starting job with guys like Blake Sims waiting in the wings behind him. If you recall, Blake beat out Jake his first year in Tuscaloosa.
  8. It's the same with parents wanting to get their kids out from the crowds they were involved with in high school.

It's an interesting world when you have some parents wanting their kids to attend a school they have preference for and others who want their kids to get out of state due to influences. I don't envy the later, in the least.
  9. Had we had even a slight chance of Burrow being interested in us dont you think LSU would have more than"sniffed" him out or recruited the hell out of him? He set records in Ohio and was Mr Football. He was a dual threat QB in HS. We are very very lucky to have him.

  10. Yes. Based on who he was coming out of HS, it seems like any school with a chance would have recruited him. I'm sure most (us included) didn't pursue him because we didn't think we had a chance at nabbing an Ohio boy (Mr. Football in Ohio) from tOSU.
