I disagree. If someone else can step up and take away his offense reading role, then let him do so. Otherwise Welter has a part to play. None of the linebackers has shown us anything special, trying to put all the blame on Welter is ridiculous.
so just because he can call the plays keep him on the field? he can call them but cant make them. Our last few middle linebackers could do both. Minter, Sheppard, etc.
Well we can't put them in can we? Chavis is playing who he has. He knows more about defense and his own players than you do or I do.

Are you High? Kwon is light years ahead of Welter. Light years. Welter moves his feet after about 5 seconds into every run play. Thats why his ass is never in the backfield.
