I would never use that kind of stuff against anyone. I work with people with disabilities. Not in my DNA to do something like that. Everyone makes mistakes. Don't sweat it.
I don't disagree. But I take issue with the over-exaggerations of how poor of a coach Miles was when his record clearly shows he wasn't. He wasn't meeting expectations - that doesn't mean he was a bad coach. It just meant it was time to move on.
