1. Seems fairly obvious to me... CWW will testify under oath that he participated in pay-for-play. He isn't going to say a damn thing to LSU until then because there is always a chance that a plea will be reached before he has to testify. He isn't going to tell LSU he is innocent now and then say the opposite in open court.
