While I think kneeling by people who should know better is childish and is having the opposite impact intended, it is their right. I'm exercising my right to not watch NFL football. However president Trump's acting like a spoiled 5 year old is not worthy. He is supposed to work for ALL of the people, unite and not divide. He is supposed to rise above the pettiness he's displayed. Yes his predecessor did nothing to unite us either. He was divisive in different ways but still divisive. THAT'S NO EXCUSE!!!! It's not do unto others as they've done unto you....it's do unto others as you'd want them to do unto you. If he truly reaches out and is met half way we'll all be better off. If he's rejected they will be shown as hypocrites. @Rex is hyperbolic but is closer to being correct in this case.
Such bullshit. Obama can't help it that there are so many intractable racists and partisan hacks in this country. Because he's black people were looking to impute something divisive in anything he said.
Trump is on the side of the vast majority of people who have had it with Kapernicks disgusting displays and mixing anti American insults at sporting events. The fact that a clown like you approves of Kapernick tells me who you are. Kneel bitch
Where is your evidence that a majority of people approve of Donnie Dotard calling Kaepernick a son of a bitch?
He also withdrew the GS invitation after they said they weren't going anyway. Trump is the dude that gets dumped then tells everyone he broke up with her. Honestly though, I wouldn't kneel for the anthem. Too many veterans I know, love and respect for me to do that. However, I'm trying to think of a different instance where a protest had this much impact. Say what you want but it worked.
Kaepernick is still unemployed. He exercised his right to be an idiot and disrespect the could that gave him the opportunity to develop his abilities to the point where he could earn millions. I, like many Americans exercise my right to call him an idiot. The 32 teams in the NationalFootball League are exercising their right to not add a player who would alone their fans to their roster. Kaepernick had better invest his money wisely. He killed his golden goose and will never make that kind of money again.
Well within your rights to do so, all im saying is it's still part of the national conversation. Trump should have just kept his mouth shut. I mean that's what everyone expects of Kapernick, why not the so called leader of the free world?
