Why or why not, would he leave Moo U? Would he view it as a lateral move? I have to think the LSU job is a pretty desirable gig given the recruiting situation and resources. What say you?
I don't think poaching the sec is the way to go. I like Mullen, but concerned how MooU choked to end last season. Also seems a little off. I'd consider it, though.
Mullen has made more chicken salad out of the chicken shit of Mississippi recruiting than many thought possible. Making State a respectable football school is an achievement in itself. He'd be a guaranteed upgrade over Les in the coaching department.
This a joke? Mullen is 1-6 against Miles, 0-7 against Saban. He'll never will anything in the SEC anywhere. If Lietenent Dan Mullen was the goal for Alleva & BOS big mouth Anderson, it's a complete failure. Both should. be released ASAP.
Fisher is a special case, and maybe we could get Mullen, but most coaches at bigger successful programs wouldn't jump to LSU without insane money. Hope we can get by with insane money for entire staff and just crazy money for the coach.
