    I don't like "smokey" flavored stuff,.. if my steak has been overcooked, ketchup will usually save the day. My sister loves it on scrambled eggs, blech

    When I went down to Thibideaux HS in an exchange years ago, they had a crawfish boil for us and they were using a mayo/ketchup mix to dip crawfish in. I will mix mayo or tartar sauce with ketchup for my fried catfish
