you do like I did 3 years ago when I bought a 60 inch vizio smart tv for $650 (refurb) from Wal Mart, you get the extended warranty...I think a 4 year warranty would run you $69. I don't think squaretrade could touch that price. EDIT: I saw your post, man the warranty prices went up pretty significantly. I got the 4 year warranty for $69.
