yes contrary to popular beief 99% of LSU fans are pretty intuitive like that. It's the other 1% that kills us.
Of course; Saban is being recognized as the coach that coached the team that won the 2004 NC. One point about the team's inconsistency. I think it is something you can't completely teach; it very much is dependant on the individual players psyche as well as team chemistry. Even the team that Saban coached in his last year here was not as good a performer as the previous year. I have said this before: people seem to forget that this is still a very good team with good defense ( Saban-esk) and very good special team (improvement). It is frustrating with the offense because of the talent underachieving. Is that really the coaches fault entirely???? ________ Aiesha
ChOsnOne - I have seen "Miles bashers" compare him to what Saban would have done. There are plenty of posts on this board where such things have been said. You can look them up if you want, but I don't think there's any point. I believe Saban would be 9-2 right now to be honest. I think he would have lost to ASU, but beaten Tennessee. And I just have a feeling that his defense would have given up a big play to let someone else beat us somewhere during the season. But as it's been pointed out, it doesn't matter anyway.
