He's actually right here. Back in '12 when Bama won their WCWS title I got curious about those numbers. I found a study out of one of the Florida schools (I believe it was published on the NCAA site) that found the African American population made up 20% of the rosters in D1.
It must be a lot lower than that for College baseball. And in MLB most of the black players are also latino.
