It sucks that we won't get to see him shred the SEC next year, but I feel relieved this morning. At least we won't have to constantly be wondering when the hell this was going to happen because deep down, we all knew it was inevitable. And frankly, he's never portrayed himself as someone that I wanted representing LSU anyway. Have fun playing D-II football, young man. And say hello to Ron Mexico when you two cross paths in the slammer.
I guess he won't get those four Heismans after all. Perhaps gardning will suit his fancy. Glad it is now final.
I don't know if I would go there. I think he will be more like Randy Moss, big ego, blew his opportunity at a big time program. Succeeded at D-II and has done pretty well for himself.
It can be like a cancer and the chemo wasn't working. It was time for surgery, it needed to be removed.
It looks easy from the outside, but doing the right thing when you're young isn't all that easy. I know I wish I could take back some of the things I did when I was younger. I hope RP gets his stuff together, but I feel good about how Miles handled this situation.
