If JR returns, I agree. If he goes to the NFL I'm not so sure.

He, as the head coach, is responsible for having the team "ready" to play.

While I don't think he is a horrible coach, I do not think he is a great coach either. Who knows though, maybe he will be one day.

Great win last night, when all seemed lost we were able to pull it out. :geauxtige

Say what you want about Miles but we have turned this corner and will remain there as long as he continues to recruit. How many NC did the great SOS win ? Allegedly part of the reason he took his show to the NFL was b/c the fans didn't appreciate how difficult it is to get the the NC game and how much of an accomplishment it is to win the SEC. Ole Miss like games are going to happen to EVERY team now and then. How else do you explain Oregon State beating USC this year. I watched the game, much like Ole Miss last night, OS wanted to win the game more. It happens, its tough for 18 - 22 year olds to remain on an emotional high over a 12 game schedule. Having said that, I sure hope the team focuses this week.

Let's just say better we had the emotional letdown this past weekend vs the Hogs.

They will be ready this week. It will be a dandy of a game.

One How many does LSU have in its football history? He won an SEC Championship and Sugar Bowl Nick's second year.

Would you give a source please? Apparently he had several NFL offers before he took the Miami job. If he was disgusted with the fans why didn't he leave earlier?

Apparently some still don'g grasp it when they compare Nick to Miles in an unfavorable comparison. How much did Nick improve the team in his tenure over the Dinardo years vs how much has Miles improved the team after he took the helm.

Nick took a team with low morale, poor discipline both on an off the field, and after a couple years we were winning and had few problems off the field. Miles took a disciplined good character team, with respect to others in the SEC, and so far has maitained those standards. I suspect Miles task was much easier because of the work of the previous staff.

Only from you and your renegade band of USC wannabes. If Miles has another 10-2 contending for a BCS bowl season next year, there will be no heat from the vast majority of LSU fans.
