You are right that is not my statement at all, I would say you either learn from throwing them or you don't. The good ones learn from their INTs and move forward, either way they all go through the same process eventually.

    All of them do.

Nobody said Lee did a great job, I still place most of the blame on the coaches.

Eventually Jefferson will have to go through the same process, the only question is when and whether he overcomes it. I think Jefferson should be given a chance and if he looks good from the pocket than good end of story, eventually though he will go through the process though.... they always do. Until Jefferson shows he can throw from the pocket I remain suspect but encouraged from what I have seen. Those rollouts pass plays he was doing in the Bowl game won't be there once SEC action starts. It was really what they were trying with Lee but Lee isn't a roller type QB.

Thats just a statement you shouldnt make, every QB doesnt have to go through a problem where they throw a ton of picks.

The most picks Tom Brady threw in a season was 14 out of 601 pass attempts.

I always liked Lee, I never booed him at all and I just find that to be very disrespectful if you are a LSU fan.I think Lee will be better and I think he should play at times too.Lee made a lot of good plays last year along with some bad, you learn from your mistakes and you improve on the negative to make it positive.:thumb::tigereye:

Well, Jamie Howard loved LSU and had big brass balls to return for his senior year with all of that hostility and he redeemed himself big time. Most of the booing was for Curley Hallman, not Jamie Howard, anyway.

"can't pass the ball effectively without first establishing the running game". Did you watch LSU play Iowa in the '04 bowl game? Iowa couldn't run for crap and beat us on the pass.

Sure he did, his junior year at MI he was 15TD to 12INT in 350 attempts. He wasn't drafted until the 6th round, he had a solid senior season but not great. His junior year was borderline bad.

They all go through it, either in college or the NFL... Russell has been going through it and I don't even think he makes it out the other side. He didn't go through it at the college level, now the process is just that much tougher.

Peyton Manning ruled basically college football still had to go through the process in his first year in the league.
    26TDs 28INTs

clearly a plus for lee. he was elway incarnate against auburn in that second half. standing tall in the pocket and taking some serious shots. yet putting the ball on a dime very few college qbs can make. if he can get anywhere near back to that form he will be very good.

dude looks like a fat kicker though. not a qb.

    he was rolling over AU.

the resulting tds are as much on the offensive players lack of effort as the qbs bad decision. while even sometimes the int's are not the qbs fault at all.

you could use a better understanding what he was saying before making a statement like that.

    you'll be ok.

sure he did. and definitely a better defense.

he didnt say a ton. he said its gonna happen. that is, throw interceptions. which it will.

great analogy. im also expecting jordan jeffersons stats to compare similarly to joe montanas.

    okie dokie.

there were more than we think. watch the cox replay of the troy game this sunday. it happened alot but was more due to bad run blocking than the chuckster.

also, teams figured out they could stack the box and try to make LSU's qb beat them.
