1. Remember the sugar bowl committee will make the final decision and i just do not see it being played outside of LA. I might be wrong, but that is just my gut.
  2. Tiger Stadium is the only LOGICAL choice. It also allows more seats to be sold. As far a weather. Move it to a day game and you could have people there in short sleeves
  3. The NCAA might see Tiger Stadium as a bigger money maker. More $eat$ = More $$$. That's usually the logic they use. Maybe the Tigers can have another "home" game, if the Rose Bowl is out.

  4. One of the complaints I've seen about the SB being in TS is that BR doesnt have enough hotel rooms... NO was built for visitors, huge conferences, mardi gras.. Baton Rouge is a business city... As far as the Saints go, the NFL is making it clear to benson that they want the games played as close to NO as possible...
  5. They need to do what's best for the state, which is keep the Sugar Bowl in state.
  6. Between Baton Rouge and Lafayette and surrounding areas there are plenty of hotel rooms B&B's at that time of year.
  7. How about Atlanta. Domed stadium, ties to the SEC (SCCG), in the middle of SEC territory, plenty of hotels, restaurants, etc. :crystal:
  8. Then we'd end up playing 2 consecutive games there, in the event of a loss at some point in the year.
  9. LOSS, What loss? We're not going to have no stinking loss!!! :thumb:
