    Sounds like a silly question at 1-4, but it's possible. The Saints are much much better than their record reflects. Plus our division is struggling. TB is 1-3 and Carolina is 1-4. I'm thinking Wild Card (Falcons remain undefeated at 5-0).

    I haven't given up on the Saints quite yet.....

    I think they are an 8 win team, 9 at best. That's usually not enough, but this year might be.

    Never say never, but 0-4 is a hell of a hole to dig out of, no matter if you're an NFC or an AFC team.

    I predicted 7-9 before the season. They will have a hard time getting that many.

    On a sports radio show yesterday, they asked what kind of odds you would take on the Saints making the playoffs. The hosts said about 10:1 and I guess that sounds about right.

    The offense will be healthier when they come back from the off week and should be able to score points against anyone. The D will need to improve significantly to become an average unit if the team has any hope of getting on a winning streak.

    I have a better chance of making the Defensive squad than they do making the playoffs... but crazier things have happened.
