    USC coach Pete Carroll says he's “not going anywhere” and likes where he is, meaning he won't be a candidate for the San Diego Chargers head coaching job, the Los Angeles Daily News reported Friday.
    The Chargers and Carroll did communicate about the opening to replace Marty Schottenheimer, the newspaper reported, but the Trojans coach never said he was interested.
    "I just got tired of answering questions about the NFL, because there's always a follow-up question from (the media), no matter what I say, so I decided I wouldn't say anything," Carroll said, the Daily News reported. "I wasn't looking at it. I like where I'm at. I'm not going anywhere."

    Are you sure about that? Im pretty sure the Amazon is the longest, followed by the nile, then the good ol' Mississippi..

    2.Amazon--4000 (greatest volume of water and greatest area of land drainage)
    3.Yangtze--3964
    4.Yellow River--3395
    13. Panama--2485
    14. Mississippi--2340
    15.Missouri--2315 (tributary of Mississippi River)

    I have gone through about 10 websites and all say the same.

    Another site has the Mississippi and the Missouri river combined and it ranks 4th in length at 3870 miles long. The mississippi is the longest southward flowing river in the world.
