    Just to throw another name in the hat. Bama fired DuBose a year after he was named SEC coach of the year, won the SEC and played in a BCS bowl.

    One has to wonder what an SEC coaching staff was thinking starting a 5' 9" QB (Spurlock SP). No way could he see the middle of the field behind an SEC line... Much less taking them 4 games to figure this out.
