Will Flynn be 2nd string all year?

Only a fool would play RP this year. To waste a redshirt to do mop up would be moronic. I would love to see RP play but not at the expense of keeping him one less year. Flynn needs to get some reps, he deserves and I hope we get to see him a lot this year in the 4th qtr, because that means we have the game in hand.

Normally the one that goes in after the starter is 2nd string----at least growing up in northern La. that was the case--maybe it's different in South La. :hihi:

JR doesn't hold on too the ball too long, he hit many of his passes waiting for someone to come open, he just needs to throw it away and not take the sack when he is going to hit, and he saw them coming both times and was outside the box.

He can be brillaint at times and a goat at others. I'd just like to see him play consistant all year. Especially at ball handling. If he could play as well as he did agaisnt Moo U all year,....they'd be write ups about him. but the media isn't giving him long looks..... I'd like to see him come into his own.. :yelwink2:

actually I understand his statement that RP is 2nd string.. Maybe they won't play him unless it's critical ( i dunno just guessing here ) and we all HOPE nothing critical happens. In which case Flynn plays 2nd string mop up? and then not waste a yr on RP mopping up? did that make sense??? who knows with this coaching staff lol :hihi:
