Warrick Dunn better see the light pretty soon, he's 45 years old. If he keeps denying LSU, he might lose a step.
@TigerTap Didn't see your comment about Fehoko. Not drafted, but he contributed on the field, and even better, we got this.
Don’t forget to use your head, tap. Fehoko wouldn’t have even signed with an NFL team if he didn’t transfer to LSU. And I didn’t see anyone, yourself included, predicting that Giles was going to be a bust. It’s not all about the outcome.
Fehoko was ok, but Giles? I called himout right away & fairly often. People never bothered to read why a Bilitnikoff Watchlist WR was coming to the E&O show. They just bought into the hype. Brady wasn't even here then. lsusports.net I also posted this May 12th 2018. Just more of that dumb luck. http://www.tigerfan.com/threads/could-lsu-be-getting-a-grad-treansfer-qb.145006/page-8#post-1699719
Everyone called Giles our after the season started, he was playing like shit. That doesn’t mean it wasn’t reasonable to get him in the first place. Your burrow post is sarcasm, or don’t you remember?
"Though Giles posted big numbers last season, he tailed off over the final month and was benched in the next-to-last game, a 66-10 loss at Iowa State. Tech coach Kliff Kingsbury listed Giles second team behind Cameron Batson at one of the inside receiver positions coming out of spring practice. Going into spring, coaches made Keke Coutee the starter at “Y” inside receiver and moved Giles from “Y” to “H” inside receiver, where Cameron Batson plays." As for the Burreaux prediciction, it was sarcasm, but liked that Urban Meyer trained him, before he graduated tOSU.
I dont view it as a big mistake. A big mistake is you know, sticking with something that aint working..... I mean, what coach does that......
He was a goofy bastard, wasn't he. I do miss his press conferences though...but dont want to go back to him coaching the Tigers.
