lol....do we get to wear our black uniforms? We're now something like 22-0 when we wear the black. It would certainly be a better game than USC/Oklahoma.
As I've said before, we play at Ohio State the same Saturday you host Tennessee... we'll both know a lot more come Sunday morning.
Only a guess, but since ABC is showing Texas and Ohio St. at night (7pm central), they wouldn't put a big marquee game directly against it, if possible. Perhaps LSU gets bumped to a late aftenoon game on ESPN or ESPN2 just like last year versus Oregon St., and a lesser West Coast or Rocky Mountain-region game goes in the early evening.

CBS will be showing tennis. The first CBS SEC game is 9/17 with Phat Phil and St. Urban in the battle for second place in the east.
The SEC does not have a contract with TNT. The AZ game was away and the home team's conference affiliation controls the TV situation. We will be on ESPN or ESPN2.
I'm going to say ESPN or ESPN2. Which ever one the start would be @ 8:00pm central, well thats my guess anyway..... BTW....I think Iowa has a as good of a chance to be in the Rose as anyone, they return a lot of players and have one of the best Head Coach's in the country. It would be sweet to have a rematch between us in the Rose, you never know. :lsup:
I will say LSU has a better chance of going to the Rose Bowl than Iowa this year, for sure, ... but stranger things have happened. Man, I hope somebody trips up fUSC along the way... that alone would make for a wonderful season!! If you do make it... and we "ain't there"... you can rest assured the Hawks will be rootin' for ya... playing fUSC in their backyard in January is no small task. BTW, (a little Big Ten trivia), as "traditioned" as tOSU is in the college football world, they've only been to the Rose Bowl twice in the past 20 years. Granted they would have gone the year they played Miami in the BCS... but still... it's a real thorn in the Bucknuts panties.
Really the chance of either team making the Rose is just HUGE, but I think both teams have an outstanding chance to make a BCS or NewYears day bowl..............it would be nice to match up in that senerio also.
