Just to point something out because it actually does prove the point....one jury said he was not guilty. Innocence is an entirely different thing.

And Comey did much more than say "not guilty". Hell, people listening to his description of the findings thought he was about to drop the bomb. That's how damming her actions were.

So, procedural errors were made that did not rise to the level of criminal activity. Got it.

 

There is a huge difference. Petraeus knowingly distributed hard-copy classified information to a third party. Clinton never distributed any of these emails to anybody, nor were they ever compromised. They were only released as a result of this investigation. Any of them with classified information, retroactive or not, has never been released. Big difference.

 

Uh, her account was hacked. An account she was warned about not using.THAT much, we DO know.
