There is a huge difference. Petraeus knowingly distributed hard-copy classified information to a third party. Clinton never distributed any of these emails to anybody, nor were they ever compromised. They were only released as a result of this investigation. Any of them with classified information, retroactive or not, has never been released. Big difference.
