  1. No he didn't. He said she was careless which is the very same thing that I've been saying all along. He was clear that laws were not broken and even clearer that there was absolutely no criminal intent. He was also very clear at the end of the interview that there was no outside political influence into the case.
You can't wait for the book, huh? LOL.....you always have to kick the can down the road when you are wrong.
  2. "He said in a statement read to reporters that while Clinton and her colleagues were “extremely careless” in their handling of classified information, they did not intend to breach government laws."

For the mentally challenged, this means laws were broken.

  3. IF you are lack the mental capacity to watch what Comey said and understand the English language, then I wont waste my time with you.
  4. What? There was nothing in his press conference about any of that shit. That is what you and Pride have concocted in your own imaginations.
  5. "Of the 30,000 emails, 110 emails in 52 email chains were determined to be classified at the time they were sent, including eight email chains deemed “top secret”."
  6. Answer SunnyJim's question....why can't you tell us where he said she broke the law?
  7. If laws are broken then it is their job to investigate the facts and recommend prosecution based upon those facts. He was clear that those facts do not exist in this case and therefore they are not pursuing charges. You are trying so hard to spin this. You've been spinning this all along, so sure that those charges would be filed because of your "expert opinion." But the truth is that today you have been proven wrong. Absolutely, unquivocally wrong.
  8. I never said "She".

    Though it was "her" server.

So until you can properly function in a conversation, we can have a talk.
  9. Comey said that 110 of Clinton’s emails were classified at the time they were sent.

He also said that seven of Clinton’s email chains contained “Top Secret” information.

“That is excluding any later up-classified emails… None of these emails should have been on any unclassified system, but the presence of these emails is especially concerning,” Comey said.

“There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position… should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that information,” Comey continued.

Then Comey the Clown did the right thing and said he didnt want to be Foster'd or Scalia'd.
