There's your support for a flat tax. Any graduated taxation is not uniform and therefore unconstitutional as to the wording of the amendment.

He clearly doesn't support that we are all equal.

Yes and no. Just like in this presidential election the two parties that control politics in this country tell you who you can and cannot elect. If a candidate is not someone they control they try everything possible to squeeze that candidate out of the process. They are extremely good at doing it too. You vote for one of their cronies or waste your vote. Very much like the communist elections in the old Soviet Union 30 years ago. This is an EXTREMELY rare election, where an outsider has a real chance of winning. Do politicians represent the will of the people these days? HELL FUCKING NO!

I'm no legal expert but I would interpret "uniformity" to mean that it applies equally to all states.
Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States.

If you take the electoral map from 2012 and assume Trump can hold onto what Romney won, then we're down to cases as to how Trump can get to 270:

If he selects Kasich (which I think will happen and he will accept), then Ohio is very much in play and probably a Republican victory in November.

Then you take the rest of the rust belt with Michigan Wisconsin and Pennsylvania coming into play, and let's say Trump can only take Michigan (his best chance of the 3).

That gets Trump to 240. No doubt he will competitive in Florida (Rubio and Bush to help out in that regard and they will, trust me). That gets him to 269.

Could he steal an Iowa or a New Hampshire? Perhaps. Either one of those gets him past 270.

From that math, the one thing that can be said is that Trump MUST carry both Ohio and Florida just to have a chance.

That's probably not a safe assumption. She leads him in Arizona right now by 7 points, Utah by 2 points, North Carolina by 2 points and trails him by only 3 points in Mississippi. You can verify this on Real Clear Politics.

It will never happen. I have no idea who he will select but Kasich values his career and reputation too much to take a VP slot with Trump.

No chance here either. Right now she leads him in Michigan by 11, Wisconsin by 11 and Pennsylvania by 8. (These are all poll averages from the last month).

He's down by 13 in Florida right now. The hispanic population alone will make Florida prohibitive for Trump.

Rubio maybe but Bush, no way.....not a chance in hell. That goes for George W and his Dad as well. The Bushes will sit this one out. Trust me.

The map looks much more like this, given the recent poll numbers. 364-174 electoral votes. Utah willlikely eventually get on board with Trump but I'm afraid the other ships have sailed on him.
