Auburn and Miss St for some reason float around the schedule. If you remember, the year Les won his NC MSU was the season opener. All other regular conference opponents have fairly set slots on the schedule except those 2.
It's probably a function of the two schools OOC which is set first and then the conference schedule built around that.
Auburn petitioned the SEC to change their schedule so that they wouldn’t have to play both Georgia & Bama at the end of their season. The SEC agreed and moved the Georgia game earlier in the season (in LSU’s usual spot). Now Auburn will play LSU & Bama to end their season going forward. Interestingly aTm’s schedule was also altered so that all four teams, LSU, aTm, Auburn, & Bama all play each other the last 4 weeks of the season. Starting next year, we get the SEC West Thunderdone.
It the coach told him to wear a headset he would wear it. I don't know about Brennan's desire and work ethic but lets face it - Joe Burrow is a generational talent who could end up being the next Tom Brady. There is nobody we could replace him with who could even halfway measure up to that standard. It's a shame that we can't sign him to a long term contract. The good news is that Burrow and Joe Brady have turned LSU into a place where QBs will want to be. We should be getting more than a glance from the Tuas, the Justin Fields, Fromms and Herbert types of recruits.

I took that situation to be different from what the caller/OP were suggesting. I took them to be suggesting that Brennan should be wearing a headset when Burrow is wearing a headset so that he can learn what Burrow is learning alongside.
