Well, he has only one reception in his college career but he blocks very well, just not as effectively as Hester, in my opinion.

I think Jordan is a better run blocking FB than Hester.

Okay, Alley @ RB and Hester @ FB when LSU passes & Jordan @ FB when LSU runs (and different combinations to confuse the enemy !). Now that pretty much covers it all, the key of which is AB being ready to go and IMHO, its only a matter of time.

Actually JV is the best blocking RB we have. He absolutely blows people up. I've said all year he should be the full back. We could actually use him in the passing game as well. He is good in space, just can't get through the line.

Has anyone besides Hester scored 8 touchdowns this year?

Watch the Florida game again. You'll find fewer than 5 guys on either side of the ball that seemed like they gave a damn if they won. Hester was one of 'em.

Why does everyone keep saying this? Per Hester in a tigerbait interview:

I guess he could be lying

Probably because he has not broken any long runs. His longest run is 28 yards. 4 other RBs with fewer carries have longer runs.

He may be the fastest on the team, but it just doesn't look like it on the field.
