We did...until November. When LF lost the Heisman, including even getting an invitation to NYC. In October, it was LF for the Heisman all the way.

You're worried about all the wrong things. This season is pretty much over, the team is playing for pride only. Also like has been posted numerous times, there will be much more change to this staff before next season. Grimes has been a pretty good recruiter, but he hasn't been great a developing a cohesive line. I'm 50\50 on him staying or going. Peveto is gone, end of discussion. Ensminger has been dead weight for about 50 years. The only two other offensive coaches I would even slightly consider keeping are Juluke and Craig and I'm not overly attached to them. Really Aranda and O are the only two I think we definitely have to keep. The only real important things at this point are making the right hire and keeping a decent recruiting class.
The chances of any current coaches being retained is not great. That's just not how it works; any head coach of any value will not be told who he will or will not keep on staff. IF we get Herman and SINCE he is friends with Aranda, that could be a difference maker. But everyone on the offensive side of the ball will be gone (and with good reason.)
