1. what part of 'some players were named' did you not understand?

  2. Well,......... What do you think about it tirk? Now that the players have gotten involved.

  3. well contact june jones and mouse davis. we will need to implement the run n shoot very soon.

  4. I had no idea that that 'any' players had made statements until just now. That's the first I've seen of that article. The only thing I had to go on was before the game.
  5. So does that mean you won't display your rebel flag anymore?
  6. Leave me alone, I'm still in quite reflection. :hihi:

  7. my opinion is kids are very impressionable and most of these players are kids in my view. it always happens as martian said. usually a couple new idiots wanting to make a name for themselves and this is the easiest way. players/people are taught the flag is offensive whether it is or not. thats very clear.

    so:

if i had such a flag id certainly not fly it if i knew it would negatively impact LSU in any way.

certainly banning things is completely moronic. you sure as hell better not tell me i cant fly a certain flag regardless whats on it.

i fly this one and havent had a problem but its not very offensive imo:
  8. You seem like a good guy salty... but sorry I had to provide you with the information you requested. :thumb:

  9. I don't agree with their feelings but I agree with your statement. My loyalty is to LSU and it's athletics. Damn BSU!
  10. the argument that it hurts recruitin, i can buy that. sometimes perfectly smart people need to be treated carefully, like children. like when you have to smooth the truth over for a child or a girl so she will not cry. like you dont go dropping n bombs at job interviews, no matter how fun it might be. life is a series of compromises. i dont go making fun of dominicans to my doorman, even though i wish i could. perhaps after i know him better. the point is, sometimes you may have to turn it down a bit. i wish nobody had to, but sometimes you gotta.

    unfortunate, but oh well.
