The logo sucks BUT - It will not cause LSU to lose a single game nor will it help the Tigers win a single game. Maybe we should have some kind of electronic message logo on the helmuts where they could flash jokes just before a play. LSU could score while the other team is laughing.
A helmet that talks smack would be next. How about a high-tech animated logo with a hip Tiger that insults you. "You want a piece of me, you freakin' Barner? I'll slap a corndog right in your ear!"
3rd and 3 to go from the Auburn 46 yard line. Tigers line up with Clayton wide right and Henderson wide left. Addai and Carey in the I. Carey goes in motion to the right as Mauck barks the signals. Tiger offensive linemen's helmuts begin to flash "Free Corndogs in the Auburn end zone" over and over. The Auburn linemen stand up and turn around to look for the corndogs. Its a screen to Addai who has a wall of blockers facing no opposition. He races down the sideline where he's hit by an Auburn DB just returning from the endzone with his corndog. Mustard flys everywhere as Addai scores!!!!
I am with LSUBayouBengal. I think it sucks its to cartoonish. I will say it again. everytime I see it I want to yell "THUNDER CATS !!! GO !!!!!!" Like the old one.
I know this, I won't buy anything with the new logo on it, I just don't like it. What was wrong with the old one??????????????
Can someone point out the new logo out to me? I'm not familiar with which LSU logo came before which (and I'm not sure which of the ones posted here are actual "official" logos and which are just personal creations.)
