Heck, I'd gotten so comfortable with the placekicking that I actually went to the men's room after that TD and didn't realize we missed the darn extra points until much later in the day. Damn, now i'll have to wait and watch with nervous anticipation again. I was hoping those days were over.

They scored 16 against Tennessee. Not a juggernaut in my book. Don't confuse Leak with ASU's Keller.

God allows Chris Leak one big win each year so the press can say, "See, Leak is living up to all the hype we give him each preseason."

In 2003, he was 8-5... but he was Heisman material because he beat # 2 LSU in Baton Rouge.
In 2004, he was 7-5... but he beat #8 FSU in Tallahassee.
In 2005, he's already within 3 of his win total at 4-1 and he's already got his one big win for the year against #5 Tennessee.

He's done. I'm done. God's work with his little Gator masterpiece is also done.:)

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Hawker45 again

Couldnt agree more... its like they prepare only for one big game a year.

    Kinda like georgia?

keller threw 5 picks saturday on the way to ripping my heart out of my chest. f'ing usc. anyway, i'm just saying it's hard for me to chalk up UF as an easy win.

and if you watched the game you saw it could have been 7 or 8 ints. keller had none in all his previous games this year including 56 attempts against a number 4 ranked team though I forgot who it was.

why Im not scared of Vandi:

they dress double the amount of white boys than any other SEC team.

I think LSU takes care of business this week.

Vandy does always seem to play us close though.

Maybe they blame us for taking their best coach ever. ( Dinardo )

I'm scared of Vandy not because we don't have a vastly more talented team than they do, but because the Tennessee game would have been worse if Clausen would have played the whole game. Vandy's QB has gotten lots of good pub.

I think LSU should beat Vandy because we are better, but things are too uncertain to feel confident about much as it pertains to the tigers. If we lose to Vandy then Les Miles' is going to deserve all the heat he will get.

Last year we beat Vandy 24-7. If we can keep down Vandy's passing yardage, I might allow a bit of optimism to slip into my heart.
