Why I fell in love with Barry Obama.

The comments could've been made to people in general, but they most accurately apply to the black race in America.

 

Actually, it's his bit on the difference between 'black people' and 'niggas'. His words, so don't anyone get offended...

Goes something like this: "Niggas always want credit for something they're supposed to do. 'Man, I take care of my kids.' You're supposed to take care of your kids! 'Man, I ain't never been to jail.' You ain't supposed to go to jail, nigga!"

 

I don't know about that one. I don't see "hyphenated Americans" controlling a lot of the media, which is where these stories come out of.

 

I loved that Cosby was willing to say what he did. Why aren't people like him considered the "leaders" of black America?

I don't like a lot of Obama's policies, but I sure respect him for addressing this issue.

 

The way I see it is...he knows he has the black vote sewed up and now he's trying to convince some white voters that he's a "progressive" black guy. Hell, he could say he was the son of satan and still pull in over 98% of the black vote....it's us whities he's worried about.

I was just going to leave this thread alone, but the phucking ignorance is glaring through this thread. Like black men and black people are the only ones that dont live up to their responsibility. Fathers from all races, leave their kids and dont want to take care of them. Skip out on child support and leave children with their mothers.

Hey guess what, I grew up with my mother and father and 4 grandparents. I guess they didnt get the memo about skipping out on their families because they are black.

 

How stupid is this post, actually Barack has about 89% of the black vote. 14% of the black vote voted for George Bush twice. How is it that he is worried about whitey, he didnt win the Democratic nomination with just the black vote, but your ignorance shines through your post. It really takes post like this for people to show their true colors. So I will break it down to you.

Black people make up 14% of the population, when you drill it down to the ones that are registered to vote,thats probably 4% of the black population. So I declare that Obama had a few white and hispanics voting for him to win the Democratic nomination.

And I guess its just black people that have him leading in every poll I have seen against McCain.

 

Where are the moderators now, I am calling them out publicly, you close threads and delete post. This one should be deleted, I dont care whos words they are, they shouldnt belong here. Its very offensive.
