Because he has no loyalty to anything or anybody but himself. I think he has no team discipline and he is always looking for the better deal. How many times since Tubby has been an AU have we heard his name mentioned for another job?
Tuberville deserves the trash you are laying on him just as much as LSU fans deserve the trashy reputation of being a bunch of thugs at Tiger Stadium. I hope you understand that I mean NEITHER deserve it. What's the big deal with the cigars.......bama players have always smoked cigars after a win over Tenn. and some other teams. Why aren't you angry with Fla. for stomping your midfield logo after the last game. I agree with you that Auburn players shouldn't have and I was pissed off when I saw it. Tuberville doesn't have discipline?.......then why isn't Lemarcus Rowell, former Parade AA and starting LB no longer on the team. he was kicked off, not suspended for one game like most coaches do and he is the only problem we have had since that I know of. it was Terry Bowden, son of noted disciplinarian Bobby Bowden (LMAO) who left Tuberville with a bunch of problem players. Big ears?......Southlink, have you looked at that slobbering puppy GA calls a mascot lately? Why don't GA get a real mascot .....like a Tiger? Oh well we will save that for Nov. 15. By the way folks, this Southlink03 person posts on just about every board imaginable. On our board he trashes LSU or whoever. On bama's board he smokes Auburn, etc. get the picture. Let Ga. win ONE SECC every 10-15 years and they go ape.
Not in the same context though. We hear that Saban is being considered or sought after. You always hear rumors that Tubby is showing intrest in a vacency, as in he is making the effort to find another position, not the school or franchise showing intrest in him. They are usually rumors, but it does make you wonder. But I guess above all I think he is arrogant, and lets his players act like thugs.
geaux75....actually I hear more stories about Saban leaving or being mentioned for another job than I do Tuberville. How do our players act like thugs? I see things I don't like sometime but i don't see them as being much different than most college footplayers these days.
Besides, he's the closest thing to Surrier (in personality) that the SEC has right now. No doubt that if he was as talented as SOS he'd be running up scores for grins.
