    I think that his style of football has been outdated, that being said I think he is one fine person, but not a SEC type coach . Wish him the best in where ever he goes but his time to leave has come ....e

    He refused to adapt to the changing college football game. He wanted to win by running the ball and playing defense. The game has evolved and you have to score points. Even Saban was forced to adapt.

    Additionally, he failed to take advantage of all of the talent in Louisiana.

    Poor Les....he prepared every team as if they were eventually going to play in bad weather.....be it snow....be it wind...be it freezing.
    And, alas, the closest he ever got was the mud bowl against Penn State...and he lost. Even Saban realized he was in the South.

    Looks like stubbornness is the favorite pick. I don't rule out burnout coming on strong for Les after last season. Both his own burnout and fan burnout. Added inability to develop a QB to the poll.
