No disrespect to Hall. But you don't replace a player like Prothro, one that can do all the things he can/could. You don't. :dis:

Prothro was a huge loss to Alabama. What people don't realize is that Alabama can win w/ or w/o him. They have great players at the skill positions and last time I checked, there defense isn't that bad. This will be a great SEC battle and very little scoring. I see this game being a 13-10 game. The problem is that I don't know who the winner will be.

You can't say ASU "was" a good team before they broke down, you're either a good team or you're not. They are not, they are 3-4. Irons is not better than Darby but their O-line is better than our's, that part is true. DJ also stepped up against UT catching the 43 yarder that put us in position to win the game, he had 10 catches for over 100 yards. Why dont yall understand this part right here...your offense scored 14 on UT in the first half (defense 7). In the second half and overtime yall scored 6 points. But the main point is yall gave up THIRTY to their pathetic offense, Clausen picked yall apart in the 2nd half and he's terrible. Not to mention YOU LOST THE GAME. That is what matters. Lastly, I keep hearing "LSU has the talent to blow everybody away, they just haven't put it together yet." Well...I'm waiting...hasn't happened yet. They said the same exact things about UT, "they have the most talent in the conference, they just need to put a great game together and eventually they will." Now they are 3-4 (W vs. LSU). I'm not too scared of LSU finally "putting it all together" and blowing us out, it's not going to happen. The team yall have seen so far is the team that's going to continue to take the field. That team will not beat Bama.

They don't teach that in Alabama. They only teach how many "championships" Bama has.

They taught me how to speak proper english. That's something that they obviously don't teach in Louisiana because you have, easily, the worst accents I have ever heard in my life. They are worse than northern accents. As for the "championship" rip, no matter how many of Alabama's championships you want to count, we STILL have a lot more than LSU's 1.5 :hihi:

Maybe they taught it...you were just too busy trying find another championship to pay attention to the part on run-on sentences.

By the way, there are no "official" NCAA D-1 football championships. The only official NCAA championships Bama has are in women's gymnastics...and only four of those.

    http://www.ncaa.org/champadmin/champs_listing1.html

    LSU has forty.

Plus, if we count the TWO unofficial football championships (we won't count all the ones awarded by organizations other than AP and the BCS), we're at 42.

You'd need 38 unofficial football championships just to keep pace.

They DO teach math in Alabama, right? :crystal:
