I get called a liberal here all the time. I'm not a liberal and it offends me, so I correct them each and every time and make them prove it. In time, they start recognizing that I speak from the middle, not the left. And I don't try to make the word into something that is so vile that it cannot be spoken aloud. But someone always tries to get my goat with it. I don't let them. I just explain why they are wrong and sometimes tell them that their attitude is appalling.

And I've never been tempted to call them a knuckle-draggin', goose-stepping, Neanderthal jarhead. :hihi:

I never called anyone racist in that thread, I see you are showing your comprehension skills again. Point out in that thread where I called someone racist.

I disagree with the stereotypical misconceptions in that thread, but I didnt call anyone racist.

Something I said must be true to have bothered you so.

Hey now...comprehension is my word. Stop copying and pasting it to your post.

Nothing you said really bothered me. It's that you denied that my post was the truth that struck a nerve. You questioned the infallibility (The quality or state of being infallible, or exempt from error.) of my post. I simply pointed out that you were mistaken and that what I stated was correct.

So I disagreed with your post and that equates to me calling you a racist?
How long did it take you to look up the word infallibility so that you could use it in a sentence here:huh:

That good ole Bossier City education, what HS did you go to anyway? (this part is just ribing you so dont take it personally)

I didnt necessarily disagree entirely, I agreed that he had some problems with that voting bloc, but not enough to call his campaign a day. I think I showed faith in white people and other races with that statement.

Nope, it's the crap you said after your response to me that equates to you screaming racism.

Since you asked..I graduated from Ouachita Christian...in '92. I've only lived in Bossier City for a few months.

Hey man, I'm just trying to make hanging out on this forum easier, and more enjoyable, for you. If you don't want my help with the big words, so be it. You're on your own.

just as we all are. that what keeps me coming back to tf. the idea that my opinion can be heard no matter how right (usually) or wrong (seldom) i am :)

maybe i've got my "whitey" blinders but i can't recall any specific instance in which a poster has be openly critical of an entire race of people.

noting wrong with strongly arguing a position. it's what makes the forum stronger but you don't have to name call, etc. no one here is against you (except evidently cparso ) and i for one want to read your posts just so i can disagree :).

once again, i'm having trouble with the "sweeping generalization" part. what specifically do you mean?

..... well, you got me there.....

Well thats your COMPREHENSION problems not mine. lol

I was just messing with you about the high school comment, I remember you told me that before.

If you think infallibility is a big word, then you might need some help, not me.
