Who would you recommend as next BB coach?

A point many fans continue to miss. No need changing the coaching staff until LSU decides it wants to be a major player in basketball. It's no different than football in the 90s. Thankfully, Emmert made a commitment to put LSU football back on the national map.

Basketball needs that same commitment...

Mike Montgomery (formerly at Stanford) would be a perfect candidate if LSU could get him. Stanford has a higher academic standard than LSU and he constantly had them in the top-10. He was fired by G. State (NBA) so he is available now.

 

doubt he has enough redneck in him to leave cali.

 

I think that changing the staff would be an important step towards showing a commitment.
