This guy is my favorite for the position and I know somebody on here mentioned they "knew" he had interest in the job, but who reported that his agent contacted us? That's very interesting... I think a lot of people are starting to realize that Butch Davis isn't a good fit for LSU... His NFL debacle alone is enough to question it, but even what he did with Miami is questionable. What do others think of Holmgren? I haven't heard much about him.

How about this? Oh OK, I guess that bit of rumor wasn't as substantial as some of the other "solid rumors" being thrown around. Actually, my second cousin's ex-wife does Terri Saban's nails at "Lakeesha's Beautatorium" and she overheard the cleaning lady say she heard Ms Saban tell someone in the lady's room that Nick ain't going anywhere. Bobby Petrino's new contract does not have a buyout clause. Jeff Tedford's new contract essentially does not have a buyout clause. I think the deal is Tedford's contract only has a buyout clause if Cal begins $140 million renovations.

Jimmy Ott, who has sources, also said DEL Rio's agent had contacted lsu. Del Rio's wife is from Louisiana and his daughter went/goes to lsu.
