i havent seen the commercial, but i have seen them on the order board at sonic. they look good. especially the ones with jalapenos, etc. yum!

i would have gotten one the other day, but it was either that, or the smaller burrito with cheese tots. and sharing with the dog won. :D

Peach yogurt. Doubt those chunks were peaches though.

Sounds like me. I did one short triathlon and despite a month of preparation (about 80% of it spent on swimming) the 400m swim leg almost killed me. I envy those people who make swimming look as easy as walking. :(

I did one triatholon. It had a 500 yard swim. I did that in 4 minutes and fifty seconds. I finished that leg in first place by over a minute. With that head start I still barely cracked the top 25%.

So, Iwanted to give an update on my breakfast consumption. I am still eating this breakfast every day. The only thing I have changed is that I am only having 5 slices of bacon instead of the half pound. It was getting expensive.

Since I started eating this breakfast my bad cholesterol is way down, and my good cholesterol is up a bit. I have also lost 15 pounds. I used to be borderline metabolic syndrome, but as of my last physical that is not a worry. Even the genetic beer gut every man in my family has is smaller.

I should also note that I have cut down on the amount of swimming I had been doing. I have been swimming about 2.5 - 4 hours 6 times a week. Now I am only doing about 2 hours 5 days a week.

It's not what you eat, it's what you burn off. Ride that donkey donkey.

I think now they're saying several mini meals. Keeps metabolism up.

    Congrats Supa. :thumb:

3 cups of coffee...I assume you have yours black?
